Boutique e-commerce flagship
A flagship store balancing brand and conversion.
Website Development

Challenge
The legacy store looked dated, took 4+ seconds to first paint, and bled mobile visitors — campaign traffic arrived but did not convert.
Solution
Rebuilt the storefront and checkout: SSR first paint, an optimised image pipeline and caching strategy, single-page checkout, plus campaign modules and A/B testing infrastructure.
Process
Performance & funnel measurement
Measured before touching anything: real-device profiling traced the slow first paint to unoptimised images and blocking resources, and funnel data pinpointed the checkout steps bleeding mobile users — that ranking drove the rebuild order.
Storefront & checkout rebuild
Moved the first paint to SSR, automated cropping and formats in the image pipeline, layered the caching strategy, and collapsed checkout into a single page — every removed redirect is one fewer place to lose a buyer.
Campaign modules & experimentation
Shipped campaign modules and A/B infrastructure before launch, so the marketing team runs promo pages themselves and iterates layout and copy on experiment data — no engineering round-trip per campaign.

FAQ
Not necessarily. If the existing stack still has headroom, targeted performance and checkout work comes first; this case went full rebuild only because both the design and the architecture had hit their limits. We measure before we recommend — a rebuild is never the default pitch.
No downtime to speak of: the new site is built and verified in its own environment, and the switch is a DNS-level cutover measured in minutes. Old URLs get proper 301 mappings, so existing rankings and backlinks carry over.
No honest agency guarantees that. The figure comes from this client’s like-for-like campaign comparison, driven by first-paint speed and a simpler checkout. Your lift depends on where your bottlenecks are — we measure your funnel first and set expectations from data, not hype.
