Payment Integration

Transaction security and accurate reconciliation, designed in from day one.

We integrate payment gateways, build reconciliation workflows, and ensure transactions meet security standards — for e-commerce, subscriptions and platforms with complex checkout logic.

How it works

We choose the right payment gateway for your business model, design the order and billing flow, and build in reconciliation to keep records consistent — testing every transaction scenario before launch.

What this covers

  • Payment gateways: ECPay, NewebPay, LINE Pay, TapPay, JKoPay, Stripe, credit card
  • Automated order and ledger reconciliation
  • Transaction security and fraud prevention (3-D Secure, risk rules)
  • Subscription and instalment billing logic
  • Payment API and webhook integration
  • Transaction records and settlement reports

FAQ

A registered business and bank account. Requirements vary by provider — we recommend the right rails for your business and help with the applications.

Providers charge the transaction fees (commonly 2–3%) — none of it passes through us. We charge a one-off integration fee and help you pick the most economical mix.

Card data flows only through the provider’s encrypted endpoints and never touches your server — with 3-D Secure, auto-reconciliation and a full transaction trail.

A standard single-provider integration runs 1–2 weeks including sandbox verification and testing across transaction scenarios. Multi-channel, subscription or complex checkout logic takes 3–6. Provider approval time sits outside that, and we help chase it.

Yes. A common setup is a primary provider plus a fallback, or routing by payment method — cards through one, convenience-store codes through another. We wrap the differences behind one interface so your system does not need separate logic per provider.

The system does. We build automated reconciliation that matches provider settlement records against your orders line by line and flags discrepancies automatically — no manual tallying. When something genuinely does not match, it tells you exactly which transactions.

Reconciliation and refunds get designed as an afterthought. Everyone tests the happy path; refunds, partial refunds, double charges and interrupted transactions get skipped until one actually happens and there is no handling for it. We walk through every one of those scenarios before launch.
